Yes! As we found Droid Bionic popped up on the Motorola Online Store, it is to be released by September 8 this year. Though the first look of the product page wasn’t somewhat promising since it popped up with some handful images but without product description and tech specs, it is clear that Motorola is now done with all their homework.

Sony Ericsson seems to be failing miserably at its attempts to keep its prized Xperia Duo under cover. Verizon Announces HTC Thunderbolt Update – Removes Hotspot Support
Verizon has pushed a new firmware update for all HTC Thunderbolt users. The 1.70.605.0 build update was made available only a few days prior. The new Froyo firmware is available for Thunderbolt users to update OTA.
This update mainly addresses the issue of random reboots faced by so many thunderbolts in use today. Apart from that, it will also tweak the thunderbolt’s data connectivity to enhance it further. Pop up windows for its Bluetooth discovery mode has also been corrected. The phone’s call log view has also been improved, along with the addition of a search mode in the People application.
However, it does come at a price- at the cost of the thunderbolt’s mobile hotspot feature. Applying this update will render your thunderbolt incapable of creating mobile hotspots for a portable wireless connection. As it is a key feature which comes in handy pretty often, it is recommended not to update your phone, not unless you are plagued by the reboot issue. Another issue worth mentioning is the inclusion of a few Verizon applications like V CAST Videos, V CAST Music and My Verizon to the firmware. This ends up occupying a chunk of the built in phone memory.

Only problem is the Games Hub is nearly a mess and fairly disjointed.

AT&T May be to Blame for Low Windows Phone Sales
Microsoft has been struggling to meet their expected sales numbers for their Windows Phone 7 handsets, since November, and it seems AT&T sales reps may be a factor in the low results. It was a mystery to me why so few of these devices had been sold as well considering how well the Metro UI works among other things I enjoy about the phone itself.Though, after doing some research into and seeing many tweets and comments on Windows Phone articles it became more clear where the issue was.
