At EuroGamer Expo this year Eidos Montreal decided to bing a treat–some live gameplay footage of the latest Deus Ex. It was recorded by someone in the audience and shows off much more gameplay than the short e3 trailer could cover. It is running on the PS3 build of the game.
Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes Coming to Consoles
Might & Magic: Clash of Heroes came out late last year on the Nintendo DS, receiving excellent reviews all around. The game was a combination of familiar role-playing elements mixed with some strategy and coated with the tried-and-true match-three style gameplay. The result was an incredibly addictive hybrid portable game, wrapped in a delightful package as part of the Heroes of Might and Magic series. At Ubisoft’s Digital Day event, we learned that developer Capybara has decided to take its game to Xbox Live Arcade as well as the PlayStation Network to take advantage of online (and offline) play.
Cataclysm Not Coming This Year [updated]
Though Blizzard Entertainment has yet to affix a release date to World of Warcraft’s third expansion, Cataclysm, online retailer Amazon seems to know something the rest of the world doesn’t, possibly to many a fans dismay. the company sent out emails telling those who preordered the Collector’s Edition of the expansion that the game’s estimated arrival date will now fall between January 4 and January 18, 2011.
Medal of Honor Sets Franchise Pre-Sale Record
Medal of Honor has set a new franchise record, hitting the highest number of pre-sell units in the franchise’s 11-year history. This milestone positions Medal of Honor alongside EA’s top pre-selling action games, and there is still one week remaining until the game hits retails shelves on Oct. 12. Set in war-torn Afghanistan. The game introduces players to the Tier 1 Operator, an elite warrior and relatively unknown instrument of the U.S. Military that operates under the National Command Authority to take on missions no one else can handle.

Well folks, I have some terrible news to share with you. It looks like Gears of War 3 has been given a new release date, due to a new marketing strategy that Microsoft wants to implement for next holiday season. By the looks of things the games original release date for April 2011 was well on track according to Executive Produce at Epic Games Rod Ferguson, but due to the crowded market in the spring and the release of Bulletstorm in February, next fall makes more sense.

Red Dead Redemption – “Undead Nightmare” Trailer
As promised the other day, Rockstar has released a proper video trailer for their upcoming Zombie content title “Undead Nightmare”. The screenshots alone made this content look interesting, and it is great to see that a proper campaign has been developed around the simple of idea of …”hey, lets put zombies in the game”. You may also notice that John Marston is being featured in the DLC.
3DS Launch Date, Details Announced
Today, Nintendo finally released some concrete details regarding the release of their newest system, the 3DS. Since their press conference was held in Chiba, Japan, much of the information — like the 25,000 Yen price, the February 26th launch date, and the streaming television service — only pertained to the Japanese market, but Nintendo’s president Satoru Iwata did let it slip that the system will launch in America and Europe sometime in March for an unspecified price.
